Open Source (Free) Version Terms of License
You May:
- to Share — to copy, distribute, display, and perform the work
- to Remix — to make derivative works
Under the following conditions:
- Attribution. You must attribute the work in the manner specified by the author or licensor
- For any reuse or distribution, you must make clear to others the license terms of this work
- Any of these conditions can be waived if you get permission from the copyright holder
Attribution:
- Must include the provided links back to Impress Lab
This means that you are free to use and modify the templates & themes for any purpose, but you must include the provided links back to Impress Lab.
Commercial Link Removal
You may remove the links back to Impress Lab with a one-time fee of U.S. $50. You may then use the NewsPress theme on one domain only whether for commercial or personal use.
A developer license, allowing you to use the template on unlimited domains without link backs, requires a one-time fee of U.S. $199. You may then use the NewsPress theme on unlimited domains and derive profit from the customization of the theme. With a developer license you are free to rebrand NewsPress as your own.
